All there is is this. All there is is the seeing of this. Whatever that is... feeling warm, hearing a sound, sitting on a chair, feeling angry, feeling frustrated, all of these things are simply sensations but there is no fixed datum called "me" in here… just happenings.

Alles was ist, ist das - ein Sehen dessen. Was es auch ist ... sich warm fühlen, ein Geräusch hören, auf einem Stuhl sitzen, sich wütend fühlen, frustriert sein - das alles sind einfach nur Wahrnehmungen. Aber darin gibt es keinen festgelegten Bezugspunkt, den man "ich" nennen könnte ... nur Ereignisse.
